In honour of our uniquely Australian heritage, we've put together an Australian inspired High Tea, offering a great excuse to put aside some special time to spend with family and friends. So drop in to your favourite Shingle Inn café throughout January for Australia High Tea, a variation on our traditional High Tea, which features some great Aussie fare including a meat pie, lamington and pavlova; after all, what could be more Australian?

Although not considered strictly 'Australian fare', other favourites such as our light and fluffy Patty Cake, featuring an Australian map, and deliciously fresh scones also make the High Tea the perfect option for sharing with loved ones.

Australia High Tea includes a mini pie, mini sausage roll, ribbon vegemite sandwich, smoked salmon oxford blanket, homemade pumpkin scone with jam and cream, koala biscuit, Australia Patty Cake, mini lamington and individual pavlova with orange juice and your choice of tea or coffee.

The little ones will love Kid's Australia High Tea which includes a koala biscuit, vegemite sandwich and a mini Australian Flag, plus they can enter the Australia Day Colouring in Competition, for a chance to win a Kid's High Tea party for 4. For more details go to School Holiday Fun.
