Qualified Pastry Chef/Night Baker

Location: Capalaba

Join our team of specialist Pastry Chefs in producing our decadent and delicious range of bakery goods from our famous patty cakes to our custom specialty cakes.

To be successful, you will have these qualities:

• Experience in baking scratch recipes including making butter cakes
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
• Available to commit to ongoing night shift
• Available to work a 7 day roster (38 hours a week)
• Must have own transport due to location and hours of work
