Pastry Chef - Apprentice

Location: Capalaba

Looking for a career in pastry? We offer employment and training for those wanting to complete a Certificate III in Food Processing (Retail Baking – Cakes & Pastry). Over a period of three years, you’ll experience and learn from our team of specialized Pastry Chefs in the production of our decadent and delicious sweets.

To be successful, you will have these qualities:

  • Proven reliability
  • Prepared to undertake three years training
  • Prepared to work night shift
  • Willing to maintain consistently high quality and volume output
  • Experience in a commercial kitchen an advantage
  • Have Australian citizenship.
