Café/Kitchen Supervisors

Location: Various

Reporting to the Manager, our supervisors are responsible for the smooth operation of our cafés across South East Queensland. In charge of opening and closing, the supervisor is to maintain the high standards of customer service by supporting team members and following Shingle Inn’s set company values.

To be successful, you will have these qualities (listed below) :

• Experience in a supervisor role
• Able to work in a busy café environment
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
• Commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Excellent cash handling skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to open/close when required by management
• Barista experience in a high volume environment
