Loganholme Shingle Inn barista, Naomi Kuun, was a finalist in the Shingle Inn Barista of the Year Competition.

The 20-year-old has been a barista for the last two years, and has been perfecting her trade at the Shingle Inn since September last year.

"My secret to the perfect cup of coffee is all in the milk," Miss Kuun said. "I know exactly which angle to put the steamer nozzle into the milk, and can identify the sound it needs to make to ensure you have enough air and bubbles going into the milk to froth its best." "
