Former QLD Operations Manager for an electrical company, Jason Winton, and wife Naomi are responsible for bringing the iconic Brisbane café to Ipswich.

“It had always lingered in the back of my mind that I wanted to own my own business, however nothing had ever appeal to me until we realised that Shingle Inn, a café where we had been customers for many years, were franchising,” he said.
“It was an instant attraction, and Naomi and I fell in love with the idea. After meeting the Bellchambers family, who run the business, we were passionate about bringing the quaint café and its exceptional food and great customer service to residents of Ipswich.”

Mr and Mrs Winton are Springfield residents and enjoy the community spirit the area offers, particularly following the devastating floods earlier this year.

“We are delighted to truly be able to contribute in a positive way to the local community, and share with them a quality product and service that we believe in.”
