Toowoomba is set to welcome iconic café, Shingle Inn, to its burgeoning café culture, courtesy of a local business-man passionate about quality service and delicious products.
Having always loved the Shingle Inn experience, its brand and products, Mr Cole took the plunge, and left his position as Regional Sales Manager with pump and irrigation firm, Water Dynamics, to embark on a new adventure.
"It's great to be able to bring the Shingle Inn experience that Brisbane residents have enjoyed for so long, back home," said Mr Cole.
"We believe that Toowoomba residents will appreciate Shingle Inn's family atmosphere and quality service and products."
