Promotion Summary

Promotional Period Start Date: Wednesday, 15 July 2026 at 12:00am AEST.
Promotional Period End Date: Tuesday, 1 September 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.
Entry Mechanism
Eligible entrants: Entry is open to permanent residents of QLD, NSW, VIC and WA who are 18 years of age or older and are registered members of Shingle Inn’s InnerCircle Loyalty Program, in accordance with the program’s terms and conditions located at shingleinn.com.
Entry procedure: To enter the promotion, each registered Shingle Inn InnerCircle member must spend $20 or more in one transaction at a participating Shingle Inn store and scan or swipe their registered InnerCircle loyalty card at the time of purchase. Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the draw.
Multiple entries: Yes. Multiple entries are permitted throughout the Promotional Period. Each eligible transaction of $20 or more, where a registered InnerCircle loyalty card is scanned or swiped, will receive one entry into the draw.
Prize
There are 90 Shingle Inn gift vouchers to be won, with a total prize pool valued at $3,200 including GST.
Prizes include:
10 x $100 Shingle Inn gift vouchers
20 x $50 Shingle Inn gift vouchers
60 x $20 Shingle Inn gift vouchers
Total: 90 prizes valued at $3,200 including GST.
Vouchers are subject to Shingle Inn gift voucher terms and conditions. Vouchers are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
Winner Notification
The winners will be drawn on Wednesday, 2 September 2026 at Shingle Inn Franchising Office.
Winners will be notified by a representative from Shingle Inn Franchising within one week of the draw date using the phone number or postal address registered to their InnerCircle loyalty account.
It is the responsibility of each InnerCircle member to ensure their registered contact details are current and correct.
Prizes will be issued to winners by post or another method determined by the Promoter.
Promotion Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry to the promotion commences on Wednesday, 15 July 2026 at 12:00am AEST and closes on Tuesday, 1 September 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.
- Entry is open to permanent residents of QLD, NSW, VIC and WA who are 18 years of age or older and are registered members of Shingle Inn’s InnerCircle Loyalty Program.
- Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Shingle Inn Franchising Pty Ltd and its related entities are not eligible to enter.
- To enter the promotion, each registered InnerCircle member must spend $20 or more in one transaction at a participating Shingle Inn store and scan or swipe their registered InnerCircle loyalty card at the time of purchase.
- Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry into the draw for each qualifying transaction of $20 or more.
- Multiple entries are permitted. Entrants may enter as many times as they like during the Promotional Period, provided each entry is submitted through a separate eligible transaction.
- Purchases must be made at standard retail value. Entry is not available on purchases made through third-party delivery platforms, unless the transaction can be recorded against the entrant’s registered InnerCircle loyalty account.
- The total prize pool is AUD $3,200 including GST, consisting of 90 Shingle Inn gift vouchers.
- Prize values are as follows: 10 x $100 Shingle Inn gift vouchers, 20 x $50 Shingle Inn gift vouchers and 60 x $20 Shingle Inn gift vouchers.
- Winners will be selected by electronic random draw on Wednesday, 2 September 2026 at Shingle Inn Franchising Office.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners will be contacted via phone or postal address using the contact details registered to their InnerCircle loyalty account. Winners must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter to claim their prize.
- If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time stipulated by the Promoter, is found to be ineligible or forfeits the prize for any reason, the Promoter may conduct a redraw to award the prize to another eligible entrant.
- If required, any unclaimed prize draw will take place on Wednesday, 2 December 2026 at Shingle Inn Franchising Office.
- Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or expired gift vouchers once issued, except where required by law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age, residency and InnerCircle membership status.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct designed to affect the outcome of the promotion.
- The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries, or for entries not received by the Promoter due to technical, system, store, network or other issues outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
- If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failure, unauthorised intervention, fraud, state of emergency, disaster or any other cause beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- The Promoter may publish the winners’ names, initials, state, suburb and/or store of entry for promotional, publicity or compliance purposes.
- Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting winners, verifying eligibility and awarding prizes.
- Personal information may also be used for marketing and publicity purposes where permitted by law and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Entrants may contact the Promoter if they do not wish for their personal information to be used for these purposes, or if they wish to access, correct or update their personal information.
