After initial contact from a Franchise Development Officer of Shingle Inn to discuss this exciting opportunity, you will be encouraged to meet with our National Development Manager Patrick Mulcahy, for an initial meeting to discuss the opportunity in more detail.
The initial meeting is designed to ‘get to know you’ where we will clarify the key elements in the Shingle Inn business opportunity and ascertain whether there is a good ‘fit’ between the two parties. At the end of the meeting, you will receive a Franchisee Application Form to take home and complete.
Our second meeting will include a discussion and presentation of specific documentation such as the Franchise Code of Conduct, Disclosure Documentation and Franchise Agreement. At this point, we expect you’ll conduct your own independent research and seek financial and legal advice to evaluate the Shingle Inn Franchise opportunity.
In the third meeting, we’ll resolve any outstanding issues and questions you may have and arrange some time for you to meet with current Shingle Inn Franchise Owners to obtain their experience since they chose to become a Shingle Inn Franchisee.
The key objective of the final meeting is to finalise the decision to proceed and to introduce you to the Management Team of Shingle Inn. At this point, the Franchise Fee is paid and we’ll proceed to finalise the legal documentation. Once the documentation is signed, the process of establishing timelines for site construction and training will be arranged as you make your way to becoming Shingle Inn’s newest franchisee!
