Barista Assessment Program – General Knowledge Questions

You are able to look through the Barista Handbook to complete this questionnaire, but you cannot discuss questions and answers with other people being tested.  If you have trouble understanding a question, please refer directly to your trainer and/or assessor.  Please submit once you have completed all the answers.

You must score 80% at a minimum to pass this assessment.  It is assumed that you have undertaken external or in-store training prior to this assessment, and that you have completed your in-store training log. Once you have passed this stage of the process, your score will be added to your training progress chart and an in-store assessment will be arranged.

The final stage of the process is to complete two separate in-store assessments, both with a score 80% or above, to receive your Level 1 Barista Qualification.
