The Opera Slice dates back to the 1950’s, originating in France and now re-created by the Shingle Inn Bakery.
This traditional dessert is light yet decadent with delicate layers of sponge cake, coffee cream and chocolate ganache filling.
Topped with a decorative gold ‘coffee bean’ and perfectly paired with your afternoon coffee.

Mexican Chicken Salad
A mix of corn, black beans, tomato, onion, cucumber, cheese, avocado, lettuce and fresh lime. Dressed with our
house made jalapeno-lime dressing then topped with char-grilled seasoned chicken and corn chips for an extra crunch.
For an extra kick, add jalapenos to your salad!
Introducing a new ‘Saint’ to the St Burger menu; the Saint Mex. Char-grilled seasoned chicken with a mix of corn, tomato, onion, cheese, avocado, lettuce and smokey chilli mayo on a soft brioche-style burger bun. For an extra kick, add jalapenos!

You can now enjoy 2 crispy flathead fillets, tartare, lettuce, tomato relish and chips ALL between an artisan brioche-style burger bun. The Sailor burger is here to stay all-year-round!
