How does our VIP Loyalty program work?
By signing up to InnerCircle, in addition to monthly special offers and rewards automatically being loaded to your VIP loyalty card, you’ll also receive a free hot drink on registration* and a special Shingle Inn treat on your birthday.* We’ll also soon be introducing an exciting new way to earn even more rewards at your favourite Shingle Inn café so please stay tuned as our Loyalty program grows.

I don’t know where to find my Username & Password information?
Your Username and Password information is unique to you. You will need to create this information by using your email address and password of your choosing during the registration phase. All InnerCircle VIP Members must register their card (by completing this form) in order to create their username and password information.
How do I register for the InnerCircle VIP program?
Simply visit any Shingle Inn cafe and pick up your InnerCircle VIP Membership card, then visit us back here to register your card. You will need to use your Membership number, which can be found starting with “IC” under your card’s barcode panel. You will also need your unique verification code, which can be found under your membership number on the back of your VIP card.
Is that a One (1) or uppercase “i” at the start of my membership number?
That’s a great question! Your InnerCircle member number starts with a capital (uppercase) i – as in InnerCircle (IC). All following characters are numbers so please ensure you are using Zero (0) and not an uppercase “O”. You also need to be aware of any spaces that surround your number and verification code when entered into the registration form. It’s a bad habit for us to hit the space bar when we’ve finished typing a word, but in this instance it can cause you issues with registering. Register your card now.
I registered my card, but now I can’t login to my account. Can you help me?
In most instances, we’ve discovered that the reason members have difficulty logging into their account after the initial sign up/registration process is because they may have accidentally made a typo on registration. But don’t fret! Our head office team can assist with this – just pop us an email, send us a private message on Facebook or call our office on (07) 3399 3000 and we’ll be able to assist further.
HELP! I’ve lost my card, what do I do now?
That’s no problem! Simply pick up a new card on your next visit to your favourite Shingle Inn. You will then need to login to your existing InnerCircle account (using your original email username & password) and navigate to the “Activate Card” tab. Once there you will simply add your new card details, and presto! Your new card will be set up and ready to use, retaining all existing points and offers.
