Shingle Inn is proud to be expanding via a franchise business model to ensure our unique cafe experience is preserved for generations to come.

With a rich history as a location for special occasions with family and friends, Shingle Inn's luxurious high-back chairs, plush booths and signature range of food including decadent cakes, superior quality coffee and delicious gourmet sandwiches provides a wonderful backdrop for a memorable day out.

Our products are baked in our East Brisbane central bakery and delivered daily to each cafe to ensure freshness and continuity and most importantly, to allow franchisees to concentrate on creating memorable customer experiences in-store. That means, of course, that there's no 3am starts for franchisees, however customers are still served deliciously fresh food of superior quality, unsurpassed in today's cafe culture.

Shingle Inn offers two store configurations, coffee shop or restaurant, dependant on location, size and other considerations such as licensing. In each cafe style, there's a diverse range of eat-in and takeaway food and coffee, including a delicious dine-in menu and wonderful range of takeaway pies and cakes in addition to our much sought after coffee.

Shingle Inn currently operates seven stores in South East Queensland, each exuding elegance and comfort synonymous with our brand. We're looking to expand to 30 stores in Queensland within the next five years and are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, customer service orientated people to join our growing franchise business.
