Reintroduced from the Shingle Inn bakery archives, the new Mini Charlotte Royale brings together a little nostalgia, a little elegance and plenty of strawberry-filled sweetness.

The Charlotte Royale has long been a favourite among Shingle Inn customers, and we have received plenty of requests to bring it back. We listened! Inspired by a classic European dessert, our Mini Charlotte Royale features slices of vanilla and jam Swiss roll wrapped around a light, sweet strawberry mousse. It is finished with a glossy raspberry-plum gel glaze, creating its signature red swirl and beautifully polished appearance.
With its intricate layers and striking finish, this miniature cake looks every bit as special as it tastes.
