Hand-made in the Shingle Inn Bakery using quality ingredients: real butter, eggs, creamy milk and a sprinkling of diced apples. There are no artificial shortcuts, just wholesome goodness that’s best enjoyed within a day or two of baking. We recommend enjoying each slice while it’s wonderfully fresh and fragrant.
Available exclusively for Patty Cake Days, you can order your Apple Tea Cake in February (Friday 7th) and March (Friday 7th) in SEQ locations and throughout all of April (across all stores nationwide) to celebrate. Whether you’re sharing with friends over a pot of tea, or indulging in a cosy slice all to yourself, this limited-edition cake is the perfect way to toast 89 sweet years of Shingle Inn!
